Overview: Glucuronate utilization in GapMind is based on MetaCyc pathways D-glucuronate degradation II (oxidation of 5-keto-4-deoxyglucarate, link), a related pathway via 5-keto-4-deoxyglucarate aldolase (link), or degradation via fructuronate (link).
